Crocheted Dog Hats! Pattern Review

Hello everyone, today I have a review on a crochet dog hat pattern I stumbled upon from Pinterest. If you would like to visit this pattern you can visit www.markiegarcia.wordpress.com or if you would like to stay here and learn more about the pattern, keep on reading!

I was super excited when I saw this pattern because it had hat sizes ranging from XS-XL! I have two dogs, a Silky terrier, and a larger Shi-Tzu and thought that at first, my silky terrier will need a small and my Shi-Tzu would need a medium but actually after making the medium size hat it fit them both perfectly! Here are some photos of the completed hats below.

I think these hats are so cute and funny at the same time! For each hat it only took me about 30-45 mins, so they worked up pretty quick. The pattern is also very easy to understand and should be great for experienced beginners. Here is some information about this pattern below:

One tip I do have about this pattern if you are considering trying it out is that if you have a dog between 12-25 pounds you should automatically try the medium size if you’re not 100% sure what size you should make. (I hope to will help someone out!)

Let me know down in the comments if you decided to make one for your pup!

That’s all for today’s post, and if you would like to receive an email when a new one is posted follow perfectly crocheted!

So cute! I wish my pups would wear hats. They would probably be tripping over each other to try to get each other’s hats off and use them as chew toys or for a tug-of-war! 😀
